Additional External Users

The number of end-users who, although they cannot be identified through software inventory (because they are not end-users of your company's computers), but are included in the compliance calculations as external users (with access, for example, through a corporate website).

Enter, or spin up, the raw number of external users. In compliance calculations, this raw number is 'discounted' by a multiplying factor. This is the multiplying factor you entered in the External user field in the Normal user equivalents group above.
