New Purchase Option dimension

This feature is available with Cloud Cost Optimization.

Cloud Cost Optimization has a new dimension named: Purchase Option that is similar to the Purchase Option dimension in the AWS Cost Explorer, populated with values like On Demand , Reserved , Savings Plan , and Spot .

Currently, this dimension is populated as None for non-AWS vendors, though it may be further enhanced in the future.
