Sharing a Custom Report URL

You can share a direct link to your reports with other users and groups.

To share a custom report URL:

  1. Go to the Custom Reports page ( Dashboards > Technology Intelligence Reports > Custom Reports ).
  2. To open a report, do one of the following:
    • Use the filter controls to search for the report. Click the report name.
    • Locate the report and click the report name.
    • Click the three-dot menu button in the report row, and select View .
    • The selected report opens, displaying the visualizations.
  3. To share a direct link to your report with other users and groups, click the following icon located in the upper-right corner of the report:
    • The report link is copied to your clipboard and you can now paste it into an email, a text message, or anywhere else where you would like to paste the link.
